The British Specialist Lending Awards celebrates the exceptional efforts of the best performing individuals in the specialist sector of the UK mortgage industry. These awards recognise those individuals working in a range of non-mainstream areas of finance who have truly gone beyond expectation and demonstrated excellence over the course of the preceding 12 months.
A hallmark event in the Specialist Finance calendar, the night was hosted by comedian Dominic Holland who kept the night rolling. A huge congratulations to LDN Finance Director, Chris Oatway who walked away with the Bridging and Short-Term Finance Award!

This was a highly memorable evening, capped off by striking dance moves to a guitarist from Chris Oatway and Oonagh Sheehan from Mortgage Solutions, which were described as ‘the dance moves of a winner’.
A special call out and congratulations to Leoni Alexandrou from Sirius Property Finance for winning the Rising Star – Distributor Award. A well deserving winner with a great future ahead of her.
