What was the situation?
My client, a self-employed barrister, and his family were looking to purchase a period property in central London for £2 million. They needed to borrow 85% of the property’s value.

What was the solution?
The lender was satisfied with the income verification, and I was able to secure the full £1.7m mortgage required at a competitive, market-leading rate. As a result, my client and his family were not only able to purchase their dream home, but also to do so with monthly payments that fit comfortably within their budget.
