What was the situation?
We were approached by an existing client in need of finance to help their business cashflow.
What was the issue?
Our client had been refurbishing his commercial property, which was being funded through their business accounts. Though this had been an effective way to raise funds, construction needed to be completed as soon as possible and this avenue was taking too long to gain the funds required.
What was the process?
We looked at the client’s overall position, reviewing both their commercial and residential assets. We than presented our recommendation to the client which would allow them to gain the funds required immediately, and a long-term solution once the refurbishment was completed.
What was the solution?
We recommended a short-term loan on an unencumbered industrial unit they had in their portfolio, raising the client the funds required to finally finish the refurbishment. We then also lined up a commercial loan for once the work was completed.
As a longstanding client, they know they can trust James to find them the right solution for their requirements and that he will work on their behalf, never giving up until the required funding has been secured. The team are now already working on a couple more projects together!
